The European Commission announces priority themes annually along with the criteria that must be fulfilled in each submitted project. The basic condition for acceptance of a project is the international nature of the project and guaranteed participation of the required number of co-operating partners/co-organisers from various countries. Therefore, we would recommend that all those interested in participation in any of the thematic fields of the programme establish contacts with respective foreign partner institutions and subjects abroad sufficiently in advance.
